8 INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Due to the nature of Football Travel's business, your data may be transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA in connection with booking a trip with us. To deliver our services to you, we must use business partners and suppliers outside the EU/EEA in certain cases.
With the ability to transfer your information to recipients outside the EU/EEA, Football Travel can deliver the requested travel to you. This applies if booking your trip requires data to be transferred to recipients outside the EU/EEA, e.g. to be able to book flights, hotels, etc. at your travel destination.
The data protection legislation in these countries may be more relaxed than it is in Denmark and the rest of the EU/EEA since, in most cases, these will be countries where the EU Commission has assessed that the level of data protection is not up to the level of data protection within EU/EEA.
If possible, the transfer of your data will occur based on the standard transfer contracts prepared by the EU Commission, which have been specially prepared for this purpose. As far as transfers to the USA are concerned, these will be done based on the Privacy Shield as far as possible. Privacy Shield is an agreement between the EU and the US that, among other things, sets out a robust set of data protection rules and security measures that the US companies that join the scheme must comply with when processing personal data.
In some instances, however, Football Travel ApS can't enter a standard transfer contract or use Privacy Shield as a legal transfer basis. In this type of case, the transfer of the information will take place under Article 49, 1 (b) of the Data Protection Regulation, as the transfer of your data to the country in question is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract between you and Football Travel ApS (the booking of your trip) or to implement measures taken at your request before the conclusion of such a contract (e.g. in connection with the submission of a qualified offer as referred to above under section 7).
It is, therefore, vital that you know that transferring your data to countries outside the EU/EEA in connection with booking a trip with Football Travel ApS means that your data will enjoy a different protection than under Danish or EU-legal regulations.
Football Travel ApS will only pass on your data to recipients outside the EU/EEA, if necessary, to carry out our business and meet your needs by, for example, delivering the desired trip to you.
9 DATA INTEGRITY AND SECURITY
Personal data is only stored if necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected unless it meets national legal requirements, including statutory storage periods in connection with bookkeeping, etc.
Football Travel ApS's policy is to protect personal data by taking adequate technical and organizational security measures. When your data is no longer needed, we will ensure it is deleted safely.
10 YOUR RIGHTS
You can assert your rights under the applicable data protection legislation anytime. Among other things, you can request insight into the personal data that Football Travel ApS holds and object to the processing of the information, including objecting to automated decisions and profiling or using your data for direct marketing. In addition, you can request the correction or deletion of any incorrect information about yourself, withdraw consent to processing your data and assert your right to data portability.
If you wish to assert one or more of your rights, please get in touch with us by e-mail: info@footballtravel.com. Your request will be processed by the data protection legislation applicable at any time.
