Wanda Metropolitano
With room for almost 70,000 spectators, Wanda Metropolitano is the 3rd largest stadium in Spain, only surpassed by Estadio Santiago Bernabéu and Camp Nou. The stadium opened in 2017 and in 2018 it was named "best stadium in the world" by The World Football Summit. In 2019, Wanda Metropolitano hosted the Champions League final between Liverpool and Tottenham, where Liverpool won 2-0. How to get to Wanda Metropolitano
The metro is your best friend in Madrid. If you are going to Wanda Metropolitano to watch Atletico Madrid play, you can take the M7 metro to Estadio Metropolitano station.
If you don't mind a little walk, you can take the M2 to Las Rosas or M5 to Canillejas. From here, it's about a 15-20 minute walk to Wanda Metropolitano.
