Due to the nature of the business of Football Travel ApS, your personal information may be passed to countries outside the EU / EEA in connection with booking a trip with us. To provide our services to you, we must, in some instances, use partners and suppliers outside the EU / EEA.
Without the ability to transfer your information to recipients outside the EU / EEA, Football Travel ApS may not deliver the desired trip to you. This applies if booking your trip presupposes that data is transferred to recipients outside the EU / EEA, e.g. to be able to book flights, hotels, etc. at your travel destination.
The data protection legislation in these countries may be more lenient than it is in Denmark and the rest of the EU / EEA, as in most cases these will be countries where the EU Commission has assessed that the level of data protection is not on a par with the level of data protection within EU / EEA.
If this is practically possible for us, the transfer of your data will take place based on the standard transfer contracts prepared by the European Commission, which have been specially designed for this purpose. As far as transfers to the United States are concerned, these will, as far as possible, take place based on the Privacy Shield. The Privacy Shield is an agreement between the EU and the US that sets out, among other things, a strong set of data protection rules and security measures that US companies that join the scheme are required to comply with when processing personal data.
In some cases, however, it will not be practicable for Football Travel ApS to enter into a standard transfer contract or use the Privacy Shield as a legal transfer basis. In this type of case, the transfer of the information will be based on Article 49, 1 (b) of the Data Protection Regulation, as the transfer of your data to the country in question is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract between you and Eventcom (booking your trip) or consideration of the implementation of measures taken at your request before the conclusion of such a contract (e.g. in connection with the submission of a qualified tender as mentioned above under section 7).
Therefore, it is essential that you know that the transfer of your data to countries outside the EU / EEA in connection with booking a trip with Football Travel ApS means that your data will not enjoy the same protection as under Danish or EU law.
In no case will Football Travel ApS pass on your personal information to recipients outside the EU / EEA, unless this is necessary to carry out our business and meet your needs by, for example, delivering the desired trip to you.
Personal data is not stored longer than necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it is collected, unless the storage is required to meet national legal requirements, including statutory storage periods connected with bookkeeping, etc.
It is the policy of Footballtravel.com to protect personal information by taking adequate technical and organisational security measures. When your personal information is no longer needed, we will ensure that it is deleted securely.
You have the right to exercise your rights under the applicable data protection law at any time. You can, among other things, request insight into the personal information that Footballtravel.com has, as well as to object to the processing of the information, including objecting to automated decisions and profiling or the use of your data for direct marketing. If you wish to assert one or more of your rights, please contact us by email:
info@footballtravel.com. Your request will be processed by the applicable data protection laws at any time.
