Sightseeing in London

Big Ben is London’s trademark. Everyone has seen it on tv, but the old bell tower still stands there and it is absolutely a must if you are visiting London for the first time.

Buckingham Palace & Gardens The Queen’s home is enormous and absolutely gorgeous, if you have the time and if the weather allows you, then you should definitely take a walk in the beautiful garden. The castle’s gardeners work under high pressure to assure that the big areas are neat, and they are doing a great job in keeping the area beautiful.

Hyde Park, The huge park is much more than just grass and trees. It hosts several daily events such as, yoga, strength training, concert and people who just want to relax and get a break from their stressful lives.

Tower Bridge Take a walk through the architectural masterpiece. Think of the million tons of steel, which is used for this construction, and think of the men who died during the construction. Back then, they used steam engines to hoist the bridge up and down when there was traffic, which consisted of thousands of boats back then. Today the bridge gets hoisted a couple of hundred times each year, and you need to apply at London’s City Council in order to hoist the bridge.
